One even went as far as tell me to &amp;#39;just do it and get used to it, you&amp;#39;ll be lucky to breastfeed at all, you will HAVE to supplement at home&amp;quot;. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I was lucky enough to have one nurse who was in training to become an IBCLC and told me to ignore everyone else. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If it weren&amp;#39;t for her I don&amp;#39;t know what would have happened. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You are a rock star for continuing to try every time, and you are a total rock star for every quiet moment of skin to skin, and every drop of colostrum and breast milk! You are also a rock star for making that tough decision to formula feed after all.
